Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Sticky Fluent, an app made by an independent developer. By using the app or the website you agree to them. Questions: hello@stickyfluent.com.

The service

Sticky Fluent helps you learn English: a level test, word cards, grammar tasks and related tools. Pisar for Mac is included with any paid plan. Features may change as the app grows.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep access to that account safe — whoever can sign in to it can use your Sticky Fluent account. One account is for one person.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are not on sale yet; the prices and terms below apply from the first sale. The level test is free. Paid plans: $4.99 per month, renewing monthly until you cancel, or $29 once for lifetime access. “Lifetime” means for as long as Sticky Fluent is offered, including updates.

You can cancel a monthly plan any time; it stays active until the end of the paid month. Prices may change for new purchases; a price change for an active monthly plan applies only after we tell you in advance.

If the app doesn't work for you, write to hello@stickyfluent.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or copy the service, resell access, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content

Your words, notes and progress belong to you. The app's cards, pictures, texts and design belong to Sticky Fluent or are used with permission; please don't copy them outside the app.

Translations and explanations, including ones written by AI, can contain mistakes. Use them as a learning aid, not as legal, medical or official translation.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to make the app useful, but we can't promise a specific level or result — that depends on your practice too. The service is provided “as is”.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account any time. If we ever shut the service down, we'll tell you in advance, by email or in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If a change is important, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.
